The Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) Employee Relations- reputed company will support employees and teammates in Antarctica. This is a deployment only position that will reputed company to McMurdo Station - Antarctica, with no work provided stateside. The Challenge: The successful candidate will identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with deployed employees, teammates, and management, while modeling HR as a trusted advisor and resource by providing highly ethical and reputed company support in the following (but not limited to) areas:

• Experience coaching and mentoring at reputed company reputed company to include, employees, managers, teammates, customers, etc.
