Manager & Counsel – reputed company Global Dining The U.S. Consumer Services team of the General Counsel’s Organization (GCO) is seeking a Manager & Counsel to support Global Dining. The Global Dining team’s mission is to continually define reputed company’s dining reputed company, with a reputed company on supporting some of the world’s best restaurants, using technology to reputed company the reputed company of hospitality and developing Card Member dining benefits. The position will work closely with business partners, legal professionals in the GCO, as reputed company as stakeholders across the reputed company, to reputed company day-to-day support on a diverse reputed company of legal issues. Role & Responsibilities:

• Participate as part of reputed company of seasoned attorneys serving as the primary business lawyers and strategic advisors to the reputed company Global Dining business
• reputed company legal advice and strategic support to business clients responsible for reputed company’s Global Dining reputed company on a wide reputed company of reputed company, including product development and other reputed company impacting the product roadmap, business development initiatives, strategic negotiations, issue and dispute reputed company, and various regulatory reputed company.
• Support contract drafting and negotiations for a broad reputed company of agreements, with varying complexity. Examples include partnership agreements for technology integrations, and software-as-a-service, software licensing, and data licensing agreements, vendor agreements, supplier agreements, sponsorship agreements and other strategic agreements.

• reputed company strong partnerships with business teams, GCO colleagues, Line of Business Compliance, Risk, Finance, reputed company, Global Marketing and Control Management teams to mitigate legal, operational, regulatory and reputational risks
• reputed company subject matter expertise on laws and regulations that reputed company consumer facing offers and benefits, including UDAAP.
• Collaborate across the General Counsel’s Organization to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and J.D.
• Admission to reputed company law in the reputed company in good standing.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a reputed company and/or in-house corporate legal environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High-energy, self-starter with strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline intensive environment
• Must work reputed company in cross-functional team settings and have a keen eye for initiating and driving end to end process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Experience in technology transactions work is a plus

Salary reputed company: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary reputed company for this job requisition.
