Communicates the position of the organization internally and to patients / families. reputed company participates in performance improvement teams as assigned. Provides consultative, educational and resource services to the organization. Education Qualifications: Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews details of risk/patient safety events, grievances, and other feedback events and helps facilitate necessary steps for reputed company, education, and/or reputed company process improvements
- Conducts adverse event analysis, investigation, and reporting
- Conducts Workplace Violence Investigations
- Conducts Drug Diversion Audits and Investigations
- Investigates and responds to reputed company and 3rd Party Payor Insurance Complaints
- Assists with Licensed Provider reputed company Complaints (MD, PA, NP)
- Assists with Litigation Discovery, Subpoenas, Search Warrants, and Deposition Scheduling
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years Registered reputed company experience preferably in an ambulatory or acute care setting
- May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending on work locations
- High level of interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- High level of customer service skills to establish and enhance reputed company relationships with patients, co-workers, and others
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using electronic medical documentation systems or database systems
Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Certification/Licensure Required:
