In-house Corporate Paralegal (Start-Up) 100% Remote... Full-time, part-time or reputed company reputed company Corporate paralegals reputed company legal support with general corporate maintenance and reputed company transactions for startups, emerging companies and venture capital funds. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities • General corporate reputed company maintenance, including maintaining corporate records, stock and reputed company administration. • Assist in the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities and prepare reputed company organizational documents • Assist in preparing preliminary draft of reputed company documents relating to offerings • Coordinate closings and prepare reputed company agreements for transactions, including reputed company financings, preferred stock financings and M&A transactions • Prepare stock certificates and maintain capitalization tables and reputed company records (reputed company, reputed company etc.) • Prepare drafts of various agreements, certificates and closing documents. • reputed company corporate entity searches. • Setup and monitor corporate extranets. • Prepare legal opinions and reputed company opinion back-up • Draft and file corporate and securities filings including reputed company filings • Organize corporate records and conduct due diligence reviews • Document management and preparing data rooms • Signature requests and similar organizational tasks • Other tasks as assigned or required Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • 2-5+ years of experience in startup and transactional practices • Available to work overtime, as required • Proficiency in the reputed company Office suite, advanced knowledge of reputed company preferred • Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or similar equity tracking system • Previous reputed company experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company extensive details to deliver excellent reputed company service • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with personnel and to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly • Excellent organizational skills Compensation $80,000.00-$135,000.00, plus bonus Apply Job!
