We are currently looking for a Full-time reputed company Practitioner (NP) to join our Digital Wellness Center team. Work schedule of 10-hour shifts (4x10) may vary reputed company the following hours: 7am-7pm CST, Monday-reputed company. Schedule will include weekends and holidays and may be subject to change based on business need. Multiple state licensure will be required (up to 25 states). Must have reliable internet and be reputed company to see ages 2+. Job Requirements: • Master's degree (MSN) required. • Licensed as a Registered reputed company and reputed company Practitioner in state of reputed company. • Nationally Certified as a Family or Adult reputed company Practitioner. • reputed company Certification in AHA or reputed company Basic Life Support for medical provider is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services. • Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed reputed company state of reputed company. • At least three years of post-residency clinical experience. • Experience in a primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting. (Occupational reputed company experience may apply in some clinics). • Prior telehealth health experience required.
