Non-Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff are assigned to different service lines based on reputed company needs and the applicant's background/experience. Pet Poison Helpline (PPH) Representative I, Job reputed company: The PPH Representative is responsible for responding to incoming cases on Pet Poison Helpline and our animal reputed company lines reputed company telephone and chat regarding potential toxic exposures, poisonings, and other adverse events or general care inquiries from pet owners. PPH Reps take full histories and details of the events, triage the cases, and reputed company accurate medical, health, and safety information to the callers. Given the nature of the position, many pet owners are calling under stressful circumstances and are therefore in distress. • Includes full-time, 40 hours/week training for 4 weeks

• 5 hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 4pm-11pm CST. Scheduled start and ends times will vary reputed company that reputed company.

• Includes full-time, 40 hours/week training for 4 weeks

Training Requirements for reputed company positions/shifts: Full-time and Part-time candidates must be reputed company to reputed company to a 4-week (6-weeks for the Overnight Veterinary Technicians), full time, reputed company, remote training process up reputed company. • At least 3 years experience working in a veterinary clinic/hospital performing duties similar to those of a veterinary technician/assistant. For some positions, emergency experience is also preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
