Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. • 8+ years of leadership experience in agile, cross-function environment with product, marketing, sales, engineering, and analytics teams. • Strong knowledge of data analysis methodologies and tools, such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, or Tableau. • Knowledge of the retail industry with experience working with or for a major brand, manufacturer, or retailer. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complicated information to individuals without technical backgrounds. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
