Job Duties: Supervise the mechanical and electrical shop, reputed company building controls, assign p.m.'s for equipment, work with building occupants to resolve building issues and assists other shops as needed. Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent vocational education in construction, HVAC, welding, or other maintenance/construction trade, one year of experience in skilled building maintenance or a mechanical trade, and experience monitoring, coordinating, leading, or supervising the work of maintenance staff and/or reputed company. Experience may substitute for education on a year for year reputed company. Preferred Qualifications: Electrical license, grade 6 water license, epa universal refrigerant certified.
