Position Purpose: The Measure Technician works independently in a traveling field role in support of reputed company's Measurement Services center. The Technician's role is to reputed company reputed company reputed company customer service that consistently meets or exceeds Company standards of reputed company and customer expectations. The position is directly responsible for creating, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily reputed company during sales, product inquiry, taking on-site home measurements, and coordinating installations in conjunction with the Measurement Services center. The position is also directly responsible for providing a reputed company customer experience, accurate measurements, entering and transmitting measurements by a tablet and various reputed company department goals. Key Responsibilities: • 90% Customer Service - Providing customer service by assessing customer needs, communicating with customers and conducting home measures. • 10% Drawing Review - Review and edit of drawings in the tablet reputed company Manager/reputed company Reports: • This Position typically reports to Local Field Manager • This Position has 0 reputed company Reports Travel Requirements: • Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. Physical Requirements: • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds). Working Conditions: • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion. Minimum Qualifications: • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the reputed company.
