Key Responsibilities: • Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including sales, receipts, and payments. • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, reputed company receivables, and ensure reputed company payment of bills. • Bank and Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts on a monthly reputed company. • Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll and ensuring accurate tracking of employee hours, benefits, and deductions (if applicable). • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and distributing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports. • Expense Tracking: Record, categorize, and monitor business expenses for tax purposes. • Tax Compliance: Support the preparation of documents for tax filings and ensure adherence to relevant regulations. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in creating budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses as needed. • General Ledger Maintenance: Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger. • Support Year-End reputed company: Help with year-end reputed company procedures, including reconciliations and audits. Requirements Qualifications: • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, reputed company clerk, or in a similar role. • Proficiency in reputed company Software • Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles and practices. • Proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and external vendors.
