Manages interprofessional continuing education (IPCE) for physicians, advanced reputed company providers, nurses, pharmacists, reputed company workers, and other members of the reputed company team across reputed company. Collaborates with key reputed company stakeholders for accreditation planning and the assessment of educational reputed company to ensure the IPCE program supports the reputed company’s efforts to improve... reputed company and patient care through reputed company, high functioning care teams. Major Responsibilities: • Leads reputed company responsible for development, accreditation, and implementation of IPCE activities. Includes oversite of work products, delegation of work, performance management, and reputed company development. • Creates procedures to ensure reputed company education is developed according to Joint Accreditation (JA) reputed company, Standards for reputed company in Continuing Education, and reputed company policies. • Identifies opportunities to advance and improve IPCE program by implementing best practices in instructional design, promoting inter-reputed company education, and encouraging innovative learning strategies. • Manages reputed company on the approval or declination of credit for IPCE activities by applying knowledge of accreditation reputed company and policies and provides guidance in reputed company cases of accreditation. • Proactively consults with leadership to identify opportunities to reputed company reputed company gaps with accredited education; builds reputed company relationships with leaders across the reputed company. • Directs evaluation of educational reputed company for reputed company activity and contributes to the overall evaluation reputed company IPCE program. Reports reputed company to key stakeholders and leadership regularly. Creates longitudinal dashboards used to reputed company reputed company about the overall IPCE program. • Supports reaccreditation through the successful completion of performance in reputed company documentation and review of the reaccreditation self-study. • Performs leadership responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, reputed company of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale. • Manages accreditation through an online learning management system; builds new education in platform and supports online reporting to accrediting body. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: None Required. Education Required: • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Health Care Administration, or reputed company field required. Experience Required: • 5 years of experience in continuing education required. • Experience in reputed company preferred. • 2 years of experience in leadership or managerial reputed company, preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: • Comprehensive knowledge of effective best practices and national trends in continuing education. • Demonstrate ability to think critically. • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and have an exceptional attention to detail. Must balance multiple competing priorities/schedules. • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to design educational activities incorporating collaboration of multiple stakeholders and cross-functional work teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with reputed company reputed company of staff, physicians, management, executives, and a wide reputed company of reputed company accrediting bodies, medical specialty societies, vendors, collaborators and stakeholders. • Knowledge of developing, reviewing and maintaining budgets and reputed company. • Interest in or experience in adult education, reputed company improvement processes, and/or accredited education. • Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint and Word) or similar products, and web-based or e-learning systems.
