The Office Receptionist is a full time position with the following hours (reputed company to be flexible): Saturday 10-6 or 12-8, reputed company 12-5 and 3 shifts during the week at 12-8pm. Below are some of the responsibilities: • managing and handling customer inquiries reputed company they come to the office • answering incoming telephone calls • calling our customers regarding their orders and/or deliveries • working with our sales staff to reputed company the best shopping experience for our guests • processing applications for our finance vendors • handling payments from customers • closing out cash drawer and reconciling the days business You must be friendly, outgoing, reliable, and reputed company to multi-task.
