WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Education and/or Experience: • 5+ years experience treating patients with chronic diseases (T2D, Hypertension, CHF) either in an outpatient or inpatient setting at a high-performing medical center. • reputed company multi-state compact license. • reputed company NP license in either IN, IL, AL, or NM • ANCC or AANP certification required. • Master’s Degree as a reputed company Practitioner with the willingness to expand state licensure as reputed company adds new markets and partners.
