Responsibilities include accurate and reputed company documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, with clinical questions and judgment calls referred to the pharmacist. Pharmacy Technician Schedule & Location: ? Training: Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM?4:30 PM CST ? Post-Training Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM?11:00 PM CST (8-hour shifts reputed company this window) ? Location: Remote Pharmacy Technician Salary/Wage: ? Pay reputed company: $18.17/hour Pharmacy Technician Duties: ? reputed company reputed company phone assistance for incoming calls from members and providers. ? Process prior authorization requests and document approvals and denials accurately. ? Navigate multiple computer applications with dual monitors for data entry and outbound calls as needed. ? Deliver excellent customer service in both written and verbal communication. Pharmacy Technician Required Qualifications: ? Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in an administrative support role. ? National or state pharmacy technician certification or licensure (license number and screenshot required). ? Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume call center, preferably in reputed company or reputed company services. ? Data entry proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM. ? reputed company high school diploma or GED. Pharmacy Technician Physical Requirements: ?
