Position reputed company: Reporting to the reputed company Manager of Fritz Winter – reputed company, this role represents Fritz Winter at its U.S. customers in support of the reputed company Assurance function. Roles and Responsibilities: ·Involves substantial travel to Fritz Winter customers in support of the reputed company Assurance function. ·Provides support to the customer in consultation with the head of reputed company Assurance regarding raw and finished parts, prototypes and serial parts. ·Supports reputed company trials and new product runs at the customers including documentation of results and presentation of initial sample parts. ·Documents results and ensures a smooth and reputed company exchange of information between Fritz Winter and the customers based on customer requirements. ·Performs analysis of reputed company concerns utilizing disciplined problem-solving techniques to identify true reputed company causes. ·Initiates and monitors corrective actions in cooperation with reputed company Assurance. ·Coordinates/oversees reputed company party activities as appropriate (i.e. sorting and rework activities). ·Collaborates and leads reputed company in accordance with applicable Fritz Winter guidelines. ·Serve as Voice of the Customer to Fritz Winter operations. ·Responsible for exceptional customer reputed company satisfaction, meeting reputed company deadlines with accurate and thorough communication. ·Participates in reputed company improvement initiatives. ·Organize, plan, conduct and document worker-training courses according to customer requirements. ·Compile monthly statistics regarding customer complaints, scrap, and rework Education and/or Experience ·BS in Mechanical Engineering or reputed company field of experience ·Automotive manufacturing experience preferred ·5 years reputed company Assurance experience Skills Required/Desired ·Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ·Experience with iron castings preferred ·Experience with machining processes preferred ·Excellent organizational skills ·Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills ·Computer skills with experience using MS Office Applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) ·Detail oriented with strong analytical/problem solving skills ·reputed company in German a plus ·reputed company in Spanish a plus Physical Requirements ·Normal duties will include periods of sitting, standing, walking, and some reaching and lifting ·Specific reputed company abilities required by this job include reputed company reputed company, distant reputed company, reputed company reputed company, peripheral reputed company, depth perception, and the ability to reputed company reputed company.
