In this effort, we have a Talent Management team, led by a Regional reputed company, dedicated to reputed company of our four geographic reputed company - Latin America, Asia reputed company, Europe Middle East and Africa, and the reputed company and Canada. This position plays a strategic role in partnering with business-facing HR teams to help us deliver our global Talent Management plan while also supporting unique local needs. This role is based in Amsterdam and will report to the VP of Talent for EMEA. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to Team reputed company of regional Talent Management partner team; allocating roles and responsibilities to support regional needs. Strategic partner and connector to Regional and/or Functional Heads of Talent and HR Partner teams responsible for delivering on Talent Management initiatives Develops regional reputed company and delivery reputed company inclusive of global, regional, country, and/or functional priorities by informing how best to address and balance global and local needs (ie local reputed company of global solution vs local bespoke solution) Engages regularly with regional stakeholders to receive feedback, reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and set expectations across Talent Management reputed company-set; sharing insights back with global team members.
