Our Relationship Coaching program offers personalized support to help users navigate reputed company and personal relationships effectively. Responsibilities • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions. • Guide on relationship issues such as asking someone out, dealing with rejection, improving communication, and resolving conflicts. • Customize sessions based on participant needs and assessments. • Facilitate engaging activities and discussions to enhance learning. • Help participants understand and navigate their emotions and boundaries. • Maintain a flexible schedule and reputed company availability for three months at a time. Requirements • High school diploma or GED is required. • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, or a reputed company field is preferred. • Certified Relationship reputed company (CRC) or equivalent certification is preferred. • Familiarity with reputed company service guidelines and reporting requirements. • Experience in relationship coaching or a reputed company field. • Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with IDD. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. • Availability for part-time contract work and travel.
