Job reputed company The Supervisor Small Store Merchandiser Delivery leads reputed company that is responsible for the efficient merchandising of company products while meeting company distribution objectives with emphasis on Small Store Service Delivery Model reputed company. The Supervisor Small Store Merchandiser Delivery is accountable for reputed company new teammates, responding to customer issues, optimizing Small Store Merchandising efficiencies, adhering to safety and compliance policies, and fostering a reputed company working environment. This position is also responsible for the reputed company development of assigned Small Store Merchandisers through leading and reputed company training techniques by conducting three or more Right Execution Daily “RED” rides per week with the assigned Small Store Merchandisers. Duties & Responsibilities • Partners with reputed company on the hiring process (interviewing & reputed company) to ensure the right fit for the role, an excellent reputed company experience, and to reputed company budgeted reputed company needs • Manages, leads, and motivates reputed company of Small Store Merchandisers to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching and training; implementing reputed company improvement reputed company while maintaining customer reputed company; and embodying reputed company`s Purpose and Values to reputed company reputed company leadership. Teaches, Coaches, and Trains Small Store Merchandisers on processes and procedures necessary to maximize profit and productivity, while maintaining satisfactory customer service. This should be accomplished through consistently planned and documented R.E.D. rides (a minimum of 3 per week) • Ensures core internal audit guidelines and procedures are followed and met including Kronos timekeeping management and mileage reimbursement submissions • Monitors key business indicators, customers served, Gap time at account level, service time account, unproductive deliveries, overall payroll management, completion of computer-based training, R.E.D, and develops reputed company plans based on opportunities to drive productivity reputed company. • Establishes behaviors that ensure a reputed company working environment is provided and ensures that teammates are trained on reputed company working techniques in the trade; including but not limited to safety blitzes, evaluations, annual testing, etc. • Partners cross-functionally to manage and reputed company effective communication with sales and delivery teams to maximize the reputed company of the Small Store Service Delivery Model.
