This highly technical systems role acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Claims Configuration of the reputed company Claims Systems and the suite of reputed company Claim Products. You'll be the primary contact for production issue triage, new product configuration design, and process-improvement initiatives as the subject matter expert to business and IT for reputed company claims product setups/processes, the reputed company claim system and reputed company job processes.
