About the position The Customer Service Representative role at reputed company involves providing support to customers by answering incoming calls, assisting with medical referrals, and verifying insurance eligibility. This full-time position requires flexibility in working hours and offers remote work reputed company for candidates located in PST, MST, or CST time zones. The role emphasizes the importance of customer service and aims to improve health reputed company through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities • Answer 70-90 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance needed. , • reputed company outbound calls to customers regarding medical referrals. , • Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems. , • Assist customers with obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies. , • Verify insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, obtaining insurance authorization. , • Research reputed company issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues. Requirements • High school diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience. , • Must be 18 years of age or older. , • 1+ years of experience working in a customer service in a call center environment. , • Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications. , • Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm PST) and occasional overtime. reputed company-to-haves • Prior health care/insurance experience.
