They collaborate with internal teams and vendors, generate reports, reputed company insights, and manage customer communications. The role involves participating in an on-call rotation, with a reputed company on attention to detail, learning, and communication skills. Overnight Shift: Wednesday through reputed company, from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am CDT.
