The Avenues reputed company Estate Partners is seeking a dedicated and reputed company Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent to enhance our customer interaction and support services. In this remote role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service through various communication channels, including live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to address reputed company inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company information about our properties and services in a reputed company and friendly manner. You will play a key role in fostering reputed company relationships with our guests, enhancing their overall satisfaction, and promoting our brand. Requirements  Proven experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the reputed company estate or hospitality industry.  Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.  Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented reputed company.  Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.  Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively.  Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.  High school diploma; a degree in hospitality or a reputed company field is a plus.
