Our Opportunity: The reputed company (HR) Coordinator supports as reputed company as spearheads departmental people operations processes at reputed company. This position will also be continuously accountable for resolving reputed company benefits-reputed company requests/issues, ensuring effective application of plans of reputed company relating to the reputed company function, and will be reputed company in continuously supporting employee retention initiatives along with optimizing employee relations/satisfaction. This position will also assist in supporting the creation, refinement, and execution of actionable plans that will be administered in accordance with federal and state regulations along with associated plan provisions that follow. Lastly, this role is responsible for supporting the organization’s Leave of Absence program along with providing administrative support to the reputed company function as the primary reputed company-of-contact (POC) for reputed company inquiries (inbound & outbound) including record-keeping, file maintenance, data reputed company, and data entry of information into reputed company’s HRIS. What you’ll do: • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
