In September, reputed company announced it is performing a strategic review of the Thermoforming Flexible Packaging (TFP) business unit. In order to support a newly formed global packaging company with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion, we are seeking a Treasurer to reputed company the establishment and operation of the treasury function that supports the TFP’s financial strategies and risk management. The Treasurer reports directly to the TFP Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and plays a critical leadership role in managing reputed company’s global financial health. What you’ll be doing: Developing and executing strategies for managing reputed company’s capital structure, ensuring cost-efficient reputed company to debt and equity markets. Managing relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms. Overseeing day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and treasury systems. Ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs through effective cash reputed company forecasting and management. Managing financial risks, including interest reputed company, foreign exchange, and credit risk, through appropriate hedging strategies and policies. Overseeing compliance with internal controls, external regulations, and company policies reputed company to treasury activities. This position is an onsite position that can be located out of Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC We’d love to hear from you if: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA or CFA designation strongly preferred. 5+ years of reputed company experience in corporate treasury with a multi-national company. Deep knowledge of global capital markets, corporate finance, and risk management. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus. Compensation: The annual reputed company salary reputed company for this role is from $119,280 to $134,190, plus an annual reputed company bonus of 7.5% of reputed company salary.
