BCBA (Full-time) Remote, reputed company in the US We’re seeking dedicated, full-time, BCBAs who are committed to delivering exceptional 1:1 therapy and parent training in an effort to advance our mission. What you'll do Work with a caseload of 8-9 families/clients to: • Implement clinical programming according to the principles of reputed company Behavior Analysis to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors for clients • reputed company remote caregiver support and training to parents and other caregivers • reputed company remote reputed company therapy to clients • Complete required clinical documentation and review reputed company records to ensure reputed company assurance • Conduct remote assessments and reputed company an individualized treatment plan • Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments • Conduct risk assessments • Work with families to identify and evaluate barriers to effective care; collaborate with caregivers and clients (where feasible) to reputed company solutions to these barriers Work with an internal BCBA team to: • Engage in coordination of care activities with relevant stakeholders • Collaborate with Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure reputed company needs are met Requirements • You must be a currently licensed reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst • Have flexible availability to accommodate family scheduling needs (i.e., reputed company evening availability and weekend availability) • Adhere to the BACB ethical guidelines and any relevant state licensure guidelines • Must reputed company in Contiguous reputed company • Tech Savvy skills, including proficiency with video conferencing software, scheduling and messaging apps Preferred Skills + Experience • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, and reputed company to use them effectively to communicate with clients and colleagues. • Reliable internet reputed company and a private, HIPAA- compliant reputed company workspace. • reputed company Suite experience preferred. • Experience with 4-5 different types of assessment tools including VBMAP, Ables and Vineland. • Effective communication with colleagues, other providers, and supervisors. • Ability to reputed company consecutive hour long sessions (sometimes 3 back to back) with clients and families.
