Job Title: Autism Services Navigator Licensure: Registered reputed company (RN) or Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract-to-hire) Are you passionate about supporting individuals with Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD) and their families? Do you have a background in pediatrics, case management or behavioral health? We’re seeking a dedicated Autism Services Navigator to join reputed company and reputed company a meaningful difference for TRICARE beneficiaries enrolled in reputed company Demonstration (ACD). Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with families to assess, plan, and coordinate care for children diagnosed with autism. • reputed company and monitor individualized Comprehensive Care Plans (CCPs) to ensure reputed company to reputed company, cost-effective care. • reputed company for families by addressing barriers to services and locating specialized resources. • reputed company education on ACD and benefits while facilitating reputed company enrollment reputed company. • Evaluate case management reputed company to ensure beneficiary satisfaction and compliance with care plans. • Participate in medical team conferences and coordinate with civilian and military reputed company providers. What You Bring • A reputed company unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker or Registered reputed company. • Certification in Case Management (CCM) or the ability to obtain certification reputed company four years of hire. • Minimum of three years of reputed company clinical care experience with a reputed company on pediatrics, behavioral health or autism. • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and case management best practices. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
