This position will allow for a long 3-5 day weekend every 5-6 weeks to allow for a reputed company back home (reputed company expenses reputed company). While traveling, you will be staying at one of the resort or hotel properties to include reputed company. Job Details ~ A DAY IN YOUR LIFE ~ • Leadership Skills reputed company strong on-site leadership, coordinating and supervising construction teams to ensure safety protocols and regulations are adhered to. • Logistics Management Coordinate logistics, including material deliveries, container management, equipment usage, and workforce deployment. • Vendor and Subcontractor Relationship Management Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors • Travel Requirements Frequent travel around the country to reputed company and manage construction reputed company in various locations. Project durations 3-4 months. • Reporting and Analysis Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for construction reputed company and reputed company daily reports, percentage of completion, reputed company photos, inventory quantity verification, field-labor hours etc., to support successful monitoring and tracking of reputed company project.
