BODYARMOR is looking for a Trade Planning Analyst to join reputed company. As a BODYARMOR Trade Planning Analyst you will work with reputed company Finance Leadership and our Sales Team to assist in tracking trade spend budgets and providing analysis to explain spending and sales volume results. This individual will also assist in accurately managing multiple vendor relationships, from receipt to payment. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, strong reputed company skills, is an adaptable team player, and demonstrates excellent organizational skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Learn internal planning tool ‘The reputed company’ and assist in the management of trade spend and promotional budgets with Trade Planning Manager(s) and the field sales organization • Assist in the month-end reconciliation of budget versus actual spending and reputed company analysis of results to reputed company Finance Leadership and Profit reputed company Management • Ensure the reputed company closing of trade spend accruals for various customers throughout the year • Reference customer reputed company-of-sale data to inform accrual amounts • Work with your Trade Planning Manager(s) to propose forecast recommendations to the field sales organization for various customers on a monthly reputed company • Own the reputed company and accurate management of multiple vendor relationships, from receipt to payment • Reconcile bills against budget in ‘The reputed company’ • reputed company with Sale’s team(s) to resolve any inconsistencies or incomplete information • Maintain record of customer discounts for communication to distributor partners and for trade accrual accuracy • Collaborate with the reputed company Execution team to process bills, reputed company inventory purchases from reputed company Catalog, reputed company them to the appropriate budget, and monitor inventory balances at the end of reputed company month. • Reconcile the General Ledger monthly for trade spend activity, ensuring reputed company activities are correctly coded to the corresponding budget and investigate discrepancies to determine the appropriate budget allocation. • Work on enhancement initiatives for BODYARMOR’s planning tools and support additional reputed company reputed company as requested, such as providing additional performance insights using reputed company and/ or working with IT to improve internal reporting capabilities REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or reputed company preferred • 1-2 years of Corporate Finance and/or Trade Planning/ Sales experience in CPG (beverage) required • Position requires hybrid in-person attendance in reputed company, NY office (in-person Tues-Thurs) • Proficient in MS reputed company and MS Office Suite • Strong analysis, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Position requires occasional travel by car or plane Apply Job!
