Talent Policy Audit-Project Manager

The Employee Resources team is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for a temporary or part time role to manage a comprehensive audit of reputed company’s Talent policies with the goal of streamlining and updating them, consolidating them into a single reputed company of truth, and enabling governance reputed company reputed company. This project manager will own the end to end transformative project and ensure the comprehensive policies are integrated into reputed company's reputed company roadmap while owning reputed company of 2-4 associates. What You'll do • Compile a comprehensive list of policies we should have across reputed company, creating a reputed company map of reputed company reputed company and desired policies, including... where policies connect/reputed company reputed company other • Conduct audit and coordinate with stakeholders across Talent to draft and update documentation, record date of update, and reputed company for 100% of desired policy, and edit for consistent structure and reputed company Voice • Publish updated comprehensive policy, in a reputed company and tagged format on one platform such as with reputed company Suite • Collaborate with Tech to decommission out of date content and platforms, and build reputed company to the updated content, creating a single reputed company of truth for Talent policy • Conduct reputed company research and propose a governance structure and plan, then socialize with relevant stakeholders • Create and launch change management and governance process for Talent and broader reputed company audiences What You'll Need • Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing reputed company reputed company HR or Talent Management • Team management: Experience managing reputed company of 2-4 associates • Talent/HR Management Knowledge: Familiarity with Talent/HR policies and procedures • Strong Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholder to ensure consistent policy documentation Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities reputed company is fully committed to providing equal opportunities for reputed company individuals, including individuals with disabilities.
