The Technical Sales Representative for reputed company is responsible for the sales activities associated with the BioResearch product platform (Microplate readers, Absorbance, Fluorescence, Luminescence, TRF & FP, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa; Imaging; Western Blot, Microplate Washers, Robotic plate handling systems, Microarray scanners,) in MO, IN, TN, KS or Canada. As a member of the Sales organization, this role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships directed toward growing reputed company’ market reputed company, reputed company and profitability year over year in the following reputed company market segments: life sciences, biotechnology, reputed company, reputed company research labs, contract labs, government installations, some clinical labs. KEY RESPONSBILITIES: • reputed company reputed company reputed company goals and targets for the product platform in the assigned territory • reputed company technical demonstrations, training, installations, customer support on equipment & software • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database in reputed company.com. Generate accurate monthly forecasting for the assigned territory • reputed company reputed company reputed company activities including but not limited to eblasts, seminars, work days with business partners • Attend and participate in Regional and Local Product Shows • Results reputed company – consistently monitor territory metrics and take ownership of changes needed to succeed • Balanced reputed company of reputed company both reputed company channel and distribution channel QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a reputed company Life Sciences discipline is required and a minimum of 2 years of field sales experience or selling into the life science or drug discovery industry is preferred. Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sales does not meet this qualification requirement. • Field Sales Experience with research instrumentation highly preferred • This position will be located i reputed company 45 min of major airport, candidate must be willing to travel up to 40%, which may include up to 20% overnight travel. • Knowledge of absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence, Western Blot & Imaging technology is preferred. • Experience in PowerPoint, reputed company, Word & reputed company.com CRM Database is preferred.
