Associate Manager will be responsible for assisting reputed company’s advertiser solutions and project management for advertiser driven cross-platform brand solutions tied to reputed company and reputed company properties across reputed company, digital, reputed company, experiential, and experimental platforms. This role is based in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role: Participate in idea reputed company and help with creation of reputed company materials (RFPs and proactive) Participate in and contribute to idea reputed company Assist in creation of reputed company-facing reputed company materials that detail (customized and market-wide) sponsorship opportunities Help manage approvals among key stakeholders (Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.) Update reputed company internal opportunity trackers and documents for team Help manage approvals among key stakeholders (Management, reputed company Yield Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.) Assist in management of the activation process: timelines, trackers, approvals, production shoots, post-production, etc. May include: Assist in reputed company project reputed company correspondence including legal agreements and project management documents Coordinate and manage reputed company and internal approvals Support on-set shoots Manage budgets and billing Responsible for digitizing and uploading reputed company branded content Recap deals and case studies inclusive of research Help with sweepstakes management Monitor and ensure project reputed company are delivering across reputed company platforms Serve as key contributor to the reputed company and reputed company Entertainment Solutions team who serve as experts across reputed company, digital, reputed company, experiential, and experimental platforms. Including but not limited to, Knowledge of show IP, themes and processes reputed company information and updates from key parties reputed company to reputed company Special (i.e., producing partners, internal Nat Geo / reputed company stakeholders) to ensure team members have the latest information. Maintaining show and department reputed company documentation: budget management, department status reports, reputed company and reputed company trackers, case studies, research, competitive analysis, etc. Build relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Legal, BS&P, Programming, PR, Sales, Creative, etc.) and serve as resource for Nat Geo and reputed company reputed company reputed company. Support the reputed company performance around Nat Geo and reputed company Programming to maximize partnership opportunities and reputed company. Assist team members on the development and execution of cross-platform (reputed company, digital, streaming, reputed company etc.) deals. Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training: 3+ years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment and/or media at a network, cable, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio. Strong interpersonal skills (especially in high stress environments) and reputed company reputed company Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
