We’re Looking for: 15+ years of experience in audience/ data driven advertising sales and at least 5+ years of managing people leaders of high-performing sales teams, with a proven reputed company record of delivering reputed company reputed company. Strong understanding of the local television, streaming video market , programmatic marketplace dynamics- including competitive streaming & broadcasters Strong analytical (strategic and creative) capabilities and judgment. Experience in leading teams of Sales Managers + Individual Contributors. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross-functionally. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.
