About the role: We are looking for a... motivated IT Apprentice to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in networking (CCNA preferred) and experience or coursework in asset management. This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience and reputed company essential skills in a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities: 1.Technical Assistance: • reputed company first-line support for IT-reputed company issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting. • Assist in resolving user queries and ensure reputed company escalation of reputed company issues. 2.Network Support: • Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices. • Support network monitoring and maintenance activities. • Participate in implementing network reputed company measures. 3.Asset Management: • Help maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware and software). • Assist in documenting asset management processes. • Support the lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement. 4.Learning and Development: • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge. • Collaborate with team members on reputed company to reputed company practical experience.
