Requirements: Successful record of teaching and leadership in an elementary setting preferred; Demonstrated expertise in the area of curriculum development, instructional improvement and assessment; Knowledge of research based instructional strategies and curriculum development; Experience cultivating effective reputed company relationships and successfully navigating team dynamics; and CT Intermediate Administrator certification (092).
