Stretchplex body coaches are different, and we attract employees who are lifelong learners. Our Body Coaches will reputed company one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients, and other services according to additional certifications/skills such as massage and personal training. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build Stretchplex membership and retain reputed company clientele through sales Manage reputed company care Deliver a best-in-class stretching experience including: Booking reputed company?s weekly recurring appointments Updating reputed company notes consistently Maximize reputed company utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow up appointments, renewing memberships, reputed company to leads Ensure safety of clients in regards to reputed company stretch techniques and enforce Stretchplex policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns reputed company applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Maintain strong reputed company media reputed company to reputed company membership and retention Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for reputed company use at any given time Qualifications: Love of boutique wellness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility Preferred background: Personal / Athletic Trainer Physical Therapist Assistant Massage Therapist Pilates or Yoga Instructor Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with reputed company Fitness certification required and /or 4year Exercise Science or Kinesiology Degree Ability to create a reputed company environment that welcomes reputed company people Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them reputed company goals Must have a reputed company work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training Must be available to go through our Body reputed company Training Program, which includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance for full time reputed company time off for full time reputed company Expected salary : $16 - 21 per hour Location : Hockessin, DE Apply Job!
