Envera Health's Patient reputed company Coordinators work collaboratively with several health organizations & clinics to schedule patient appointments and reputed company patient support over the phone in a call center environment. (75+ calls/shift - Call Center) • Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to reputed company-specific protocols. • reputed company & input patient demographic and insurance information into the reputed company management system. • Report reputed company clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/reputed company partner. • Document call activity, reputed company, and other notes as needed in the reputed company system. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the goals and objectives of the department. • Assist callers and navigate them to the appropriate resources. • Must meet attendance and performance standards. The starting wage for this entry-level position is: $16.00/per hour (non-negotiable), with the ability to obtain additional Monthly Bonuses based on attendance & performance. The pay reputed company for this postion is $16.00 - $19.50 per hour, Required Qualifications: • Customer/patient service skills • Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls • Excellent communication skills over the phone • Strong Internet Speed & reputed company to router reputed company Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload) Preferred Qualifications: • reputed company exposure • Experience using an EMR and scheduling software • Experience in Cerner EMR system • Call Center experience • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail.
