( Possibility of hire based on performance) • This position is remote, but candidates must be reputed company 35 miles from Raintree and the reputed company 101** Job reputed company Supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase products. The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product. Card reputed company call in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated. Inbound call center assisting these clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises. Training Schedule: Day one is 9am-5:30pm, Training hours after 1 st day: 6:00AM – 2:30PM Multiple schedules available after training.
