Responsibilities Of This Position Include • Execute clinical pharmacy programs • Coordinate strategies for increasing adherence • Utilize motivational interviewing and health coaching to reputed company member behavior • Communication with pharmacies and provider offices as appropriate • Ensure effective collaboration with reputed company reputed company partners to support clinical programs • Work collaboratively with leadership and management to adapt and strengthen business and operational processes • Other duties as required This position does involve travel up to 10%.
