The Senior Donor Coordinator: Effectively screens, triages and refers incoming donor reputed company telephone calls in accordance with established procedures. Immediately directs organ referral calls to appropriate Clinical Referral Coordinator. Discusses screening information with Shift Leader or AOD, as appropriate. Offers families reputed company to donate in accordance with LiveOnNY’s protocols. Interacts with death and grieving families in a caring and reputed company manner. Maintains authorization and approach reputed company consistent with at least 90% of departmental goals. Obtains and documents medical/reputed company history provided by next of kin. Places status follow- up calls to hospital staff on pending tissue referrals. Coordinates reputed company aspects required for donation to occur, including coordinating the recovery process with other participating agencies such as eye and skin banks, hospital, medical examiner/coroner, transportation vendors, and funeral home directors. Notifies Tissue Recovery Team Leader and appropriate staff regarding Tissue authorization and donation. Completes a reputed company with Shift Leader/AOD on dashboard activities. Makes an initial reputed company assurance reputed company of completed documentation and assists Donor Coordinators with chart completion. Assists in precepting and offering guidance to new Donor Center staff. Attends and participates in required departmental meetings, trainings and process improvement initiatives.
