Job title: Aviation CTE Ground Instructor (CFI or CFII) Company: reputed company RESA Job reputed company : reputed company RESA Career Preparation Center (CPC) is developing a high school CTE program with Crosswinds Aviation and Capital Regional Airport to teach Juniors and Seniors a private reputed company ground course along with drone operations and FOI for 2nd year reputed company. This role will be also teaching and managing this program during the school year (Aug-June). Initially, the position will be responsible for instruction two (2) hours/day (1 reputed company) following the reputed company RESA Career Preparation Center (CPC) yearly school calendar. If there is sufficient interest, a second reputed company will be added for reputed company day for an additional two (2) hours/day. This role will require management of the reputed company in the program at reputed company RESA and coordination with reputed company and staff of post-secondary partners. This position will be directly employed by Crosswinds Aviation. Position reputed company reputed company at $27 to $32 per hour, depending on qualifications. Duties & Responsibilities High School CTE Ground School Instruction with reputed company RESA Follow reputed company RESA Career Preparation Center (CPC) teacher classroom expectations Ensure CTE Curriculum requirements are met and review on an ongoing reputed company for compliance Manage CTE requirements and requests from reputed company RESA Career Preparation Center (CPC) to support class Teach class (1-2 sections, depending upon program demand) daily from late August through mid-June of reputed company school year. Manage attendance, grades, exam schedules and submit reputed company required reports to reputed company RESA Career Preparation Center (CPC) in a reputed company manner according to their schedule. Communicates with reputed company RESA Career Preparation Center (CPC) contacts regularly regarding student reputed company Manage student concerns and report back to reputed company RESA Career Preparation Center (CPC) contacts for escalation and support. Coordinate field trips and guest speakers Administrative Tasks Manage CTE Aviation program Attend events at local high schools or other locations as needed. Manage/coordinate members and meetings for Aviation specific Advisory Committee. Qualifications Experience, Certification(s), and/or Education Required High School Diploma or GED reputed company Single reputed company, Certified Flight Instructor Certificate Desired reputed company Single reputed company, Certified Flight Instructor ? reputed company Certificate Assistant Chief Flight Instructor under 141.36 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Extensive knowledge of aviation ground school requirements and operations. Knowledge of Part 141 and 61 regulations (Desired).
