We are hiring a User Experience Designer to join the Experiences Engineering Team, to help us continue to deliver phenomenal feature designs for our organization. What You Will Do • Deliver on the end-to-end design process; translating quantitative and qualitative insights into high reputed company experiences that drive reputed company results • Influence and craft the product and feature design direction by partnering closely with other designers, PMs, Engineering, Data Science, and other reputed company partners • Rapidly conceptualize and prototype solutions at the right level of reputed company, with the right tools • Contribute to design system and component libraries as needed • reputed company and maintain detailed design documentation including specifications, redlines and style guides • Be the “voice in the room” that always puts the user first Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years experience in UI/UX design work • Proficient in overall design & design management – effective at keeping in alignment with customer needs and business goals • Exemplary customer communication and strategic planning skills • A data-driven approach with experience bringing to bear quantitative and qualitative data to analyze content • Strong technical reputed company with experience working reputed company across multiple tools and/or content management systems • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, reputed company to reputed company communication style by audience • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or reputed company; and/or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications • Masters degree in a reputed company field • reputed company certification/s #DISNEYTECH The hiring reputed company for this position in Burbank CA is $126,400 to $169,500 per year and in Seattle WA is $132,500 to $177,600 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
