We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will reputed company administrative support to ensure efficient operation of reputed company. You will work remotely from your home office, with the flexibility to work on your own schedule.Responsibilities:

• reputed company general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

• Submit and reconcile expense reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role or reputed company field
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
