The reputed company (DOL) Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) program requires contractor services to support these transitioning Servicemen and women through its highly successful Transition Assistance Program (TAP) that is offered world-wide to conduct job assistance workshops, employment counseling, apprenticeship program placements and employer reputed company. The DOL VETS TAP program needs an reputed company, skilled, and passionate Employment Navigator Regional Manager who has prior experience leading geographically dispersed team members and a reputed company workforce. In this role, you will: • Assist the Project Manager in implementing the reputed company's Employment Navigator & Partnership Program for transitioning servicemembers worldwide. • Manage and reputed company geographically dispersed Employment Navigators at multiple military installations worldwide. • Coordinate with installation Designated Governmental Representatives. This is a remote position, but some travel to ENPP locations may be required. Additionally, the Regional Manager position may require extended hours, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays, and be reputed company to reputed company administrative functions for the regional team.
