We are looking for Program Manager for reputed company to support FBA (Fulfillment By reputed company) Inventory Management. FBA Inventory Program Manager will manage the health of our products once their are reputed company to our Fulfillment Centers. This PM will work closely with various stakeholders (Program, Sales, Operations, Transportation, Legal, etc) to drive strategic initiatives that will improve reputed company inventory management. This will rely in internal processes improvements cross-teams and seller-facing processes and educational content. He/She will review performance on key metrics, facilitate programmatic input and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives. Key job responsibilities The Key Responsibilities For These Roles Include • Identify gaps, pain points and opportunities in the existing metrics and propose processes improvements • Dive Deep on issues to differentiate isolated issues from structural ones • Create queries and reports to reputed company key metrics and initiatives reputed company • Being creative to create solutions that address pain points/opportunities and improve Seller Experience • Calculate reputed company/potential of reputed company/pain points, making it reputed company. • Influence and support Product team (both Latam and global teams) on Roadmap prioritization • Suggest/create programmatic solutions and initiatives while creating business cases for Product team. • Creating goals and reputed company metrics, reputed company reputed company and manage through obstacles to reputed company your objectives. • Anticipate bottlenecks, reputed company escalation management, reputed company trade-offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. In FBA, we have several teams that manage SX and operations in this business modal. Fullfillment Operations is one of the teams and we manage the whole inventory once it's received in the FC: Inventory management, removals, customer returns, reimbursements and operational processes. We are a data driven team that owns metrics tracking and reputed company, map gaps and implement improvements to reputed company our sellers and customers. Basic Qualifications • 3+ years of program or project management experience • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience • Bachelor's degree • Knowledge of reputed company (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied reputed company of the organization • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Company - reputed company Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. reputed company: A2784468 Apply Job!
