HIM Technician Sr. - Nights - (24000392) reputed company GENERAL reputed company: Under general supervision of Director/Manager/Supervisor, following established policies, procedures and reputed company guidelines, performs health information activities necessary to organize, maintain and use electronic and reputed company patient health records. Depending on area assigned, may specialize in one or more technical functions including: maintenance of records in centralized location; indexing, scanning, and validating; electronic and physical chart retrieval; reconciling medical record activity. Accesses and updates electronic tracking systems. Answers telephones and assists with continuity of care requests for medical records, and the patient portal. Understands chart organization and content, TGH and external requirements reputed company to chart documentation and reputed company. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, reputed company and values of Tampa General Hospital. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Experience: One (1) year of customer service experience.
