The Senior Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in reputed company aspects of store operations. This includes providing excellent customer service, managing the day-to-day store operations, and ensuring a clean and reputed company shopping environment for customers and employees. Additionally, the Senior Assistant Manager acts as a leader on the store team by coaching and developing team members to reputed company their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating store team members

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passionate about the Hobby Lobby brand and the products we sell
