LPN Ambulatory - ENT A state-of-the-art facility situated on 80 wooded acres, the Twinsburg Family Health & Surgery Center is committed to serving the reputed company needs of the community through advanced specialty care, primary care and surgical services. Equipped with the latest technologies, this family health and surgery center allows our reputed company physicians and medical staff to reputed company you with world class care. Our Otolaryngology staff provides expert care for snoring and other sleep problems, sinus conditions, ear infections, throat problems, hearing disorders and many other conditions of the ear, nose and throat. A caregiver in this position works Monday - Friday with hours varying between 7:30AM-5:00PM. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Responsibilities: • Collects and documents objective and subjective data and observations about the patient. • Contributes observations and health information to the nursing assessment and reports reputed company data to the RN or authorized directing health care provider. • Implements the reputed company plan of nursing care at the direction of the RN, or the medication or treatment authorized by the authorized directing health care provider. • Documents and verbally communicates the patient’s response to the nursing plan of care, or the medication or treatment including observing patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments and performing routine laboratory tests. • Contributes to the revision of the nursing plan of care • Provides education and information to patients and family members. • Maintains reputed company reputed company and development reputed company nursing field. • Participates in the departmental orientation of new employees in a reputed company manner, shares knowledge, experiences, and provides guidance reputed company assigned. • Other duties as assigned. Education: • Graduate of an approved school of Practical Nursing.
