The Role The Manager, Organizational Design & Effectiveness is a position in our Organizational Design and Effectiveness (OD+OE) team. In this position, you will reputed company the definition and management of reputed company's job architecture and engage in strategic, company-wide org design and effectiveness initiatives. Key Responsibilities: The Manager will be a key partner to the Director of Org Design and Effectiveness and will be the day-to-day reputed company on reputed company efforts reputed company to reputed company's Job Architecture. Knowledge/Experience/Skills: The OD+OE team serves as internal consultants for reputed company's leadership, and this individual must have practical experience consulting and working with business leaders. The OD+OE team drives reputed company through expertise and influence, and by partnering with cross-functional teams inside and reputed company of the Talent organization.
