Duties & Responsibilities: • Researches contact information for potential clients to reputed company into marketing funnel. • Sets up reputed company-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients. • Makes introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates. • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing in a reputed company and accurate fashion. • Assists with special reputed company as assigned. Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fast and accurate typing skills. Moderate knowledge of reputed company, internet research, and email correspondence. • Commitment to reputed company and high standards.
