Supervise cadre and cadets in a reputed company quasi-military environment for cadets to ensure their emotional, physical, psychological and other needs are met according to guidelines for operating Youth Challenge residential program. Ensure cadre and cadets are following cadet handbook. Provides instruction and direction to cadre and cadets. Observe cadre and cadets for unusual behavior and report to necessary staff in a reputed company manner. Establishes and maintains a reputed company military environment for at-risk youth in a residential setting. Ensures emotional, physical, psychological, educational, and other needs of youth are met through appropriate reputed company, such as personal hygiene, uniform care and maintenance, compliance with program policies, rules, and regulations in a reputed company residential setting. Develops and maintains reputed company life-coping skills among youth through teaching and enforcing appropriate behaviors. Applicants must have the ability to instruct drill and ceremony. Must be physically fit in order to participate in and instruct physical fitness training and adventure-based training for reputed company. Provides instruction and direction to cadets. Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma, at least 4 years of experience working in a law enforcement, military environment, or at-risk youth residential facility, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and 2 years of working with at-risk youth. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field, at least 4 or more years of experience working in a law enforcement, correctional, reputed company, military or at-risk youth residential facility, and 2 years of supervisory experience. Additional Comments Knowledge of state and federal laws, rules and regulations relative to the area of responsibility. Knowledge of principles of reputed company reputed company and behavior.
